The challenge
Before the engagement, RP Window Tint was generating more than 10 qualified leads per month, while its cost per lead was running at more than $60. The opportunity was twofold: increase the volume of qualified inquiries coming into the business and improve the efficiency of the advertising investment. Generating inquiries was only part of the process. The business also needed a more consistent way to continue communicating with prospects after they entered the lead pipeline rather than depending entirely on manual follow-up.
Project goal
Create a more efficient and scalable lead-generation system for RP Window Tint that could produce substantially more qualified opportunities while lowering the cost required to acquire them. The approach also needed to extend beyond advertising by providing a more consistent way to follow up with incoming leads after they expressed interest.
Solution summary
We managed RP Window Tint's Google Ads and implemented automated lead follow-up to create a more connected customer acquisition process. Within two months, the company was averaging 50+ qualified leads per month, while its reported cost per lead fell from $60+ to under $20.
Strategy
Our strategy connected lead acquisition with lead follow-up. Google Ads was used as the primary channel for reaching prospective customers actively looking for relevant services. Rather than focusing exclusively on generating a larger number of conversions, campaign management emphasized generating opportunities more efficiently and bringing acquisition costs under control. Lead Follow-Up Automation addressed what happened after an inquiry was generated. Automated communication provided a more consistent process for engaging incoming prospects and reduced reliance on purely manual follow-up. By addressing both stages together, the strategy was designed to improve the journey from initial customer acquisition through subsequent lead communication.
Implementation
We managed RP Window Tint's Google Ads campaigns with an emphasis on increasing qualified opportunities while improving cost efficiency. The supplied Google Ads account screenshot provides a performance snapshot for October 1–31, 2024: 55 Google Ads conversions, $17.21 cost per conversion, $946 advertising spend, and $2.48 average CPC. The recorded $17.21 cost per conversion provides supporting evidence for the reported achievement of bringing acquisition costs below $20 during this period. The platform conversion count and the business's qualified-lead measurement are treated separately. Alongside paid acquisition, we implemented automated lead follow-up for incoming prospects, creating a more consistent process for continuing communication after a lead entered the system.
Results & outcomes
Within approximately two months, RP Window Tint went from averaging 10+ qualified leads per month to 50+ qualified leads per month. Because both figures are open-ended values, no exact percentage increase is claimed. Reported cost per lead decreased from more than $60 to under $20. The October 2024 Google Ads account data provides additional supporting evidence of acquisition efficiency, showing 55 conversions at $17.21 per conversion on $946 in ad spend, with a $2.48 average CPC. Google Ads conversions and qualified leads are retained as separate measurements.
